Panayiotis Vassiliades is a Chartered Accountant, Member and Director of S&V Audit Services Ltd.
He graduated from the University of Essex in 2003 with a BSc degree in Mathematics and Finance.
In 2003 he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Limassol, Cyprus, where he began his ACA training.
Panayiotis qualified as a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) in March 2008 and has been a qualified member of the ICAEW since.
Panayiotis became a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC) of Cyprus in September 2008.
During his time with PwC Panayiotis held the position of an Audit Manager in the Assurance department. His portfolio of clients included companies listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, investment companies, large local trading companies, large shipping groups, holding companies, provident funds and local associations. Furthermore, he serviced audit client based in Greece, UAE and Spain.
Apart from the duties of an Audit Manager, Panayiotis was also a trainer/ instructor at various internal seminars and training events. He had a leading role during the implementation of new specialized audit software across PwC in Cyprus.
Panayiotis spent a short part of his career with PwC in Athens, Greece, where he was involved in the audits of companies listed on the Athens Stock Exchange.
Panayiotis specializes in IFRS interpretation and application and Cyprus tax.
In addition to his native Greek, Panayiotis is fluent in English.
